Samuel Jordan arrived at Jamestown with Sir George Somers fleet, 1609. He represented Charles City Co, VA in the House of Burgesses 1619. Samuel and Cicily had three sons born in England: Robert Jordan (killed in Jamestown Indian Massacre March 22, 1622), Samuel Jordan II, and Thomas Flemming Jordan I. Samuel had two daughters, Mary and Margaret, who came over on the "Swan" 1610 with mother Cicily. |
